  • 1) What type of rooms do you offer?

    We offer semi-private rooms. Private rooms are also available for an additional fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition, we offer private suites for all skilled nursing patients.

    2) Who will oversee my care?

    You have the right to use your own personal physician or, in the event you do not have one, you may elect one from a list of independent practitioners we have compiled. All providers you elect, however, must be credentialed and contracted to practice at the facility, and must also comply with all facility policies and procedures as well as applicable laws.

    3) What should I bring to personalize my room?

    We encourage all of our residents to make their room homelike with personal pictures and decorations. Some items, such as throw rugs, electrical items and bulky furniture may not be allowed, but we will gladly consult with you regarding items that can be included as space and safety parameters permit.

    4) Do you provide laundry services?

    Yes, the facility provides complimentary laundry service for all linens and personal clothing. You may also choose to have your personal laundry cared for by family or friends at their home.

    5) Can a family member stay overnight?

    Requests for overnight guests are handled on a case by case basis by the Administrator. If a resident’s condition warrants an overnight stay and the resident has a private room, generally a guest is permitted to stay.

    6) How often does a patient get rehabilitation?

    Rehabilitation therapies are provided as prescribed by the patient’s physician.

    7) Are activities offered?

    We have a variety of activities scheduled throughout the day to meet the needs of the residents seven days a week.

    8) How often do physicians visit the facility?

    Your personal physician may visit the facility at any time to attend to your health care needs. The independent physicians and nurse practitioners who provide medical care to our residents visit the facility at least once each week and as medically necessary for a resident’s care. They are also available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    9) Do you have a beauty shop?

    Yes, an independent barber/beautician is available. Residents are responsible for all fees associated with this service.
